I agree that his tone is a little disconcerting. Sure, he’s trying to promote mitigation measures, but he does sound like he’s less optimistic about behavioral change, especially in the U.S.

In your thesis do you talk about the impact air capture would have given particular environmental states/practices (e.g. it works better when we’re already carbon neutral)?
