I agree that his tone is a little disconcerting.  Sure, he&#039;s trying to promote mitigation measures, but he does sound like he&#039;s less optimistic about behavioral change, especially in the U.S.

In your thesis do you talk about the impact air capture would have given particular environmental states/practices (e.g. it works better when we&#039;re already carbon neutral)?</description>
